1 General Terms

hbt77 is a digital gaming service built for players in Myanmar. The terms and conditions set out here cover hbt77's website, mobile platform, services, and all games.

3 Account Registration and Management

3.1 Account Registration

Every player must have a personal hbt77 account to access the full range of services. Each person is allowed only one account.

• All information provided when registering an account must be accurate and complete.
• Personal details, including phone number and full name, must be genuine.
• If a second account is opened using the same address, phone number, IP address, or bank account, bonuses may be blocked.
• Transferring your account for use by any third party is not permitted.

3.2 Password and Security

3.3 Account Suspension and Closure

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

Deposit methods available at hbt77 are KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and bank transfers. The minimum deposit amount is 5,000 Ks.

• Only your own payment methods may be used. Receiving funds from a third party is not permitted.
• Deposits are reflected in your account immediately. If there is a delay, contact [email protected].
• If you intend to activate a bonus after depositing, you must declare it at the time of deposit. Bonus requests cannot be made retroactively after a deposit.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 20,000 Ks. Withdrawals are processed within 10 to 45 minutes.

• Withdrawals are only permitted using the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals cannot be made until the bonus wagering requirement has been met.
• Withdrawals from accounts that have not completed KYC verification may be restricted.
• hbt77 has the right to suspend withdrawals in cases involving fraud or legal violations.

5 Bonuses and Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

First-time depositors at hbt77 can claim a 120% first deposit bonus of up to 300,000 Ks.

• The bonus amount must be wagered at least 10 times before a withdrawal can be made.
• The bonus can only be claimed once. It does not apply to subsequent deposits.
• Once a bonus has been claimed, the deposited amount cannot be withdrawn separately — the deposit and bonus combined must meet the wagering requirement before any withdrawal.
• hbt77 may change bonus and promotion terms without prior notice.

5.2 VIP Program

The hbt77 VIP program has 3 tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Bronze members can receive up to 0.3% weekly cashback, Silver up to 0.7%, and Gold up to 1.0%. Tier upgrades are determined by hbt77 based on each player's activity and consistency of play.

5.3 Referral Program

The referrer can receive 8% of the referred player's first deposit as a bonus, up to 30,000 Ks per person. In addition, a weekly commission of 0.3% of the referred player's valid bets can also be earned.

6 Gaming Rules

Playing games on the hbt77 platform means every player accepts the results produced by fair gameplay under these terms.

• Make sure you fully understand the rules of each game before you start playing.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical fault or server issue, hbt77 will review the situation and resolve it based on the game state at the time.
• For all games including Baccarat, Roulette, Dragon Tiger, Shan Koe Mee, 2D/3D, and Crash Game, the game result is final.
• Once a bet is confirmed and the betting window closes in football betting, it cannot be changed.
• hbt77 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious pattern of self-playing six times over.

7 Security and Fair Play

hbt77 uses SSL encryption technology to protect players' funds and personal information. All games on the platform use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair play.

• Every player is responsible for keeping their own personal data secure.
• hbt77 will never ask for your password via SMS, phone call, or any other method — treat any such request as a scam.
• Players can check the history of their open bets themselves.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hbt77 platform:

• Playing using unfair methods, bots, automated scripts, or third-party software
• Bonus fraud — for example, opening multiple accounts by one person to claim bonuses
• Playing with the intention of laundering money
• Playing to transfer account funds to a third party
• Scraping data or attempting to attack the platform
• Harassing or threatening staff and other players
• Attempting to combine external bonuses (bonus stacking)

If any of these violations are found, hbt77 has the right to immediately suspend the account and withhold any remaining balance.
